Our organization is seeking a dedicated employee who is focused on providing excellent support to our wonderful clinical staff and patients. We are looking for an outgoing individual who radiates positivity, has excellent interpersonal communication skills, and loves working with people. This position entails scheduling out of our Lewiston office. The position also requires continual communication between the clinical supervisors and field clinicians throughout the day to develop an efficient schedule to meet the needs of patients and clinicians. The Scheduler/Team Assistant is responsible for answering incoming departmental phone calls from staff and patients and directing calls to the appropriate clinician or supervisor, as well as performing various clerical activities for the clinical teams.

The Scheduler position is a full time (40 hours) position and the hours of work are 8AM 4:30PM, Monday Friday. Qualifications that would aid in the success of the Scheduler include: High school diploma with some college education or degree preferred. We also desire the ideal candidate to have one to three years of diverse office experience, strong computer skills, and experience dealing with the public in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Medical terminology certification or relevant experience is strongly preferred. First-hand experience in a medical office environment is preferred but other related experience will be considered. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and a positive, upbeat presence at all times.
